Your diet is simply what you eat. We are all on some sort of diet, some restrictive others not at all. They are both classed as diets.
So to lose weight, which diet is best for you?
Well to explore this further we first need to look at your life style, what do you love, what can't you live without. It's futile to try to cut everything out of your life that makes you happy - in search of a goal. If you simply can't live without your bowl of cereal with milk - then don't opt for the Keto diet. In much the same way what works for one person may be a disaster for someone else - you are unique. Embrace it.
So what diet works best for fat loss.
The diet that works best, is the one you can stick to and create enough enjoyment within that you don't crave certain foods. The diet that works best is the consistent calorie deficit over a sustained period of time. This could be Keto, it could be Paleo - it's never juicing.
If you just want to eat veg, then have at it - make sure your supplementing the vitamins you need for example, B12.
I know it's not the silver bullet you want. Most people just want to know the diet that's best for them. As said, some people can restrict for long sustained periods and see great success. Others can't and crave the foods they have restricted. So if you're struggling to start, think about what you love - what you over indulge in and what you can consistently do for a sustained period of time.
