Small Group PT

What is it?

Small Group Personal Training has all the benefits of 1-1 training but is more affordable. You plus two others in a session. All with the same focus, all with the same goals.

Who is it for?

Small group PT is a service for those people wanting a number of sessions each week to work on their strength and cardio. This lends it's self to both weight loss and muscle building. Working together in your pre-consultation we work on what you are looking to achieve and create an individual plan for you. 

​

All sessions are based on your goals.
